BBN Labs — Better Business Network

Multi-Location Businesses & Franchises

BBN Labs helps multi-location businesses keep every site consistent and current. That means coordinated signage and menu rollouts, centralized review and listing management, and standardized onboarding and training. One point of contact instead of five vendors. Many programs apply per location or per municipality. So we screen each site separately against programs that may apply, subject to program rules.

Pain points

What multi-location business owners tell us

Brand drift between locations

Each site solves its own problems its own way. Over a few years, the signs, menus, print and uniforms quietly stop matching.

Rollouts stall after location one

A new menu board, campaign or process launches at the flagship and never quite reaches site three. Customers get a different experience at each address.

Reviews and listings multiply with every site

Each location needs its own accurate Google profile, hours, photos and review responses. One neglected profile drags the brand down everywhere.

Vendor sprawl hides the full picture

Different sign shops, web vendors and IT support at each location mean inconsistent quality and duplicated spending. No single party is accountable for the whole.

Upgrade paths

Where to start, in order

  1. 01

    Standardize the brand everywhere

One documented standard for signs, menus, print and interiors. Rolled out site by site, with the differences each landlord and bylaw demands.

  2. 02

    Run reviews and listings centrally

Every location's Google profile, hours, photos and review responses managed under one system. No site quietly drags the brand down.

  3. 03

Build it once, deploy it everywhere

Shared automation, training and web infrastructure mean the second through tenth locations cost less to improve than the first.

Frequently asked questions

Can funding apply at more than one of our locations?

Sometimes, but it depends entirely on how each program counts. Some programs apply per business regardless of locations, some municipal streams apply per address or per municipality, and employee or revenue thresholds may be measured across the whole organization. We screen each location separately, document the differences, and you confirm final treatment with each program administrator before applying.

How do you keep work consistent across five locations and five landlords?

With a documented brand standard, templated assets, and one coordination point instead of five separate vendors. Site-specific differences, such as landlord rules, sign bylaws and floor plans, are recorded per location so rollouts account for them instead of being surprised by them. Sign fabrication and installation run under the same standard, completed by licensed contractors BBN coordinates.

We're franchisees. Does head-office branding limit what you can do for us?

It shapes the work; it does not block it. Brand assets and campaigns usually come from the franchisor, while local execution, including sign condition, Google profiles, local reviews, listings accuracy and community visibility, is typically the franchisee's responsibility. We work within your brand standards, prepare anything that needs head-office approval in their format, and focus on the local layer you control.
