Accessibility statement

BBN Labs wants every business owner to be able to use this website, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or reduced-motion settings. We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA and treat accessibility as part of quality, not a checkbox.

What's implemented

• Semantic landmarks, logical heading order and a skip-to-content link
• Full keyboard operability with visible focus indicators
• Colour contrast checked against AA on our design tokens; status never conveyed by colour alone
• Form labels, described errors and an error summary; dynamic results announced to assistive tech
• Reduced-motion preference honoured; animations disable cleanly
• Responsive zoom to 400% and touch-target sizing
• Alt text on informative images; decorative graphics hidden from assistive tech

Known limitations

Some linked third-party content (official government program pages and PDFs) is outside our control and may have its own accessibility gaps. Where a program guide PDF is hard to use, contact us and we'll help you get the information another way.
