Content on this website (including funding-program summaries, screening results, estimates, checklists and guides) is general information prepared with care from official sources. It is not legal, financial, tax or professional advice, and it is never an eligibility decision or funding approval. Program rules change, budgets exhaust, and final decisions belong solely to each program administrator. Verify current rules with the official source before acting.

BBN Labs Inc. is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with the Government of Canada, any provincial government, municipality, utility, funding agency or program administrator. Programs may change, close, exhaust their budgets or apply only to certain businesses and expenses. Final eligibility, approval and reimbursement decisions are made solely by the applicable program administrator.

Tools and screening results

The Funding Fit Check, Upgrade Finder and any estimators produce preliminary, indicative output from the answers you provide and the funding data we hold at that moment. They submit nothing to any program and create no entitlement. Quotations become binding only when issued in writing as a formal quotation or agreement.

Delivery models

Some services are delivered directly by BBN Labs; others are coordinated with qualified third-party partners or referred to licensed professionals. The applicable model is disclosed before a quotation or referral is finalized. Partner and referred work is performed under those providers' own terms, licences and insurance. Where work is coordinated with or referred to a partner, BBN Labs may receive a referral or coordination fee from that partner. This never increases your price.

Acceptable use & intellectual property

Don't misuse the site: no scraping at abusive volumes, no attempts to breach security, no submitting content you lack rights to, and no unlawful use. Site content, design and branding belong to BBN Labs Inc. or its licensors; official program materials belong to their respective administrators, and links to them are provided for verification.

Liability

The website and its content, including all funding information, are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for a particular purpose. Every record is prepared with care from official sources, and the official source always remains the final word. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BBN Labs Inc. is not liable for losses arising from reliance on website information, from program decisions made by administrators, or from changes to third-party programs. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above changes when we do. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised terms.
