BBN Labs — Better Business Network

One team for the upgrade, the funding, and the follow-through

BBN Labs Inc. is a Canadian company serving small businesses across the country. We started as a practical creative and digital shop for local businesses (websites, menus, signs, review tools, media) and grew into something the market was missing: one accountable team that connects a real business problem, the programs that may help pay for fixing it, and a clear path to getting it done.

What we are

One team for the whole upgrade

We build it

Websites, e-commerce, online ordering and booking, review and QR systems, digital menus, POS setup, branding, photo and video, SEO and automation — designed and built by BBN.

We get it done

Sign fabrication and installation, electrical, lighting, HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen ventilation, energy assessments, accessibility construction: scoped, managed and seen through, with licensed contractors doing the licensed work.

We chase the funding

We track hundreds of verified programs, match them to your project, and guide you through the application and deadlines, so you never leave money on the table.

How we operate

Principles that are actually enforced

These aren't poster values. They're rules we actually follow, on every page of this site.

No false promises

You'll read "may qualify" and "potential match" here, never "you're eligible" or "guaranteed." Funding decisions belong to program administrators, and a company that pretends otherwise is selling you risk.

Loans are not grants

Financing programs are labelled financing, with the repayment reality stated. Every program is labelled by what it really is, so you always know what kind of help you're looking at.

One accountable team, start to finish

Design, build, funding guidance and project management under one roof — one contact, one plan, one team responsible for the result.

Sources and dates on everything

Funding records show their official source and when we last verified them. When a record goes stale, it says so rather than quietly keeping old claims alive.

No manufactured trust

We don't invent client counts, pass off stock photos as our team, or post fake reviews. Project photos and testimonials appear here only when they're real and approved by the businesses involved.

Useful without funding

Most projects proceed on business merit alone, and we say so when that's the honest read. Funding screening is a service we provide, not bait.

Our method

How we verify funding records

Every funding record on this site is checked against its official government or program source before it's published, and the date of that check is shown right on the page. Records we haven't finished verifying are clearly flagged as drafts and hidden from search engines.

  • Every record links the official source, the only authority that matters
  • Amounts are stated the way the program states them; a repayable loan is never called a grant
  • When applications close, the page says so and we watch for reopening instead of leaving stale advice up
  • We re-check records on a schedule, and the "last verified" date only moves when a real re-check happens

BBN Labs is an independent Canadian company, not a government agency, and applying through the official program site is always free. We screen and explain; each program's administrator makes every eligibility and approval decision. The numbers behind these claims are public: see the live funding statistics.

Where we work

Local depth, everywhere in Canada

We track federal, provincial and municipal funding programs from coast to coast, and digital work ships anywhere in the country. We read every city's programs street by street, down to which side of the road qualifies and which sign types count. For hands-on physical work, we tell you honestly what we can take on in your area.
