- Sexually exploitive businesses.
- Pawnshops.
- Payday loans.
- Tobacco retailer or manufacturer.
- Cannabis.
- Gambling (some exceptions may apply to VLTs).
- Basic farming & ranching.
- Payment of dividends.
- Refinancing (some exceptions apply).
